Insurance and Fees

My fee for a 50 minute session is $140.

I accept a number of different insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, MHN, and Husky.  In addition, most insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that you can use if I’m not a provider in your network.

Before you arrive for our first session, please call your insurance company and verify your benefits with the following questions:

• What is my outpatient mental health benefit?
• Do I have a deductible?
• What is my copay?

When you arrive, please bring your insurance card.  I will then be able to process claims for you directly with the insurance company. Your copay is due at the time of service. I accept cash and checks as forms of payment.

Cancellations:

I understand that life is busy and can change on a moment’s notice.  For that reason, I have a very liberal cancellation policy.  If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. Notification may be given via phone or email. If you are unable to provide 12 hours notice, the cancellation fee is $75.
